The Science of Rotation: 1:5 Twist
At the heart of the Honey Badger is a 7-inch stainless steel barrel with a 1:5″ right-hand twist. While industry competitors often use a slower 1:7 or 1:8 twist, Q pioneered the 1:5 twist to solve the issue of stabilizing heavy subsonic projectiles (like the 220gr 300 BLK).
