Welcome to Honey Badger Gun. This website and its services are owned and operated by Q, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “out” refer to Honey Badger Gun. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

Firearms Purchases: You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, receivers, or NFA items (silencers, SBRs) and at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns, as per federal law.
Compliance: You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of any item purchased from Honey Badger Gun.
Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Firearms & NFA Item Sales Policy

Purchasing a firearm or National Firearms Act (NFA) item online is a strictly regulated process.

A. FFL Transfer Requirement

Firearms (including the Honey Badger®, Sugar Weasel®, and The Fix™) cannot be shipped directly to your home. They must be shipped to a federally licensed dealer (FFL).

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local FFL and have a copy of the dealer’s license emailed to orders@honeybadgergun.com referencing your order number.
Shipping addresses for firearms orders must match the address on the FFL license.

B. NFA Items (Silencers & SBRs)

Items such as the Trash Panda™, Thunder Chicken™, or Honey Badger SD are regulated under the National Firearms Act.

These items require a $200 Federal Tax Stamp and ATF approval (Form 4 or Form 3).
Cancellations on NFA items after the Form 3 has been initiated are subject to a restocking fee due to the administrative complexity of reversing the transfer.

3. Accuracy of Product & Technical Information

At Honey Badger Gun, we strive for absolute technical accuracy. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

The Science of Q: Information regarding twist rates (1:5 or 1:3), material compositions (Grade 5 Titanium), and muzzle interfaces (Cherry Bomb™) is provided based on factory specifications.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws (including ITAR regulations regarding the export of firearms and tactical technology).
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of Q, LLC.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.

In no case shall Honey Badger Gun, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
