Warranty Information: The Q Guarantee
At Honey Badger Gun, we stand behind every piece of engineering that leaves our facility. Whether you’ve invested in the legendary Honey Badger®, a Sugar Weasel®, or the revolutionary 8.6 Blackout platform, you are carrying a tool built for a lifetime of hard use.
Q LLC products are engineered to be the lightest, quietest, and most accurate in the world. Our warranty policy is designed to protect that investment and ensure your system continues to perform at the highest level.
1. The Limited Lifetime Warranty
We warrant that all firearms and silencers purchased through Honey Badger Gun are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and covers the functional integrity of the product under normal operating conditions.
Firearms: Covers the receiver, bolt carrier group, and structural components of the Honey Badger, The Fix™, and Sugar Weasel.
Silencers: Covers the structural integrity of the Titanium welds and the Taper-Mount interface on the Trash Panda™, Thunder Chicken™, and Erector™ series.
2. What Is Covered
Factory defects in materials (e.g., flaws in the 7075-T6 aluminum or Grade 5 Titanium).
Workmanship errors occurring during the machining or assembly process.
Mechanical failure of internal components during standard use.
3. What Is Not Covered (Exclusions)
The “Live Q or Die” philosophy relies on the user treating their equipment with respect. The following are not covered under warranty:
Ammunition Issues: Damage caused by the use of remanufactured, “reloaded,” or non-SAAMI specification ammunition.
Baffle Strikes: Damage to silencers caused by improper installation (failure to use the Cherry Bomb™ taper mount correctly) or the use of non-stabilizing twist rates on non-Q barrels.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any alteration to the trigger, gas block, or internal components not performed by an authorized Q technician.
Neglect: Corrosion, finish wear (including the natural character of clear hard-coat anodizing), or damage caused by lack of maintenance.
Normal Wear and Tear: Expected degradation of components such as springs, O-rings, and gas rings over high round counts.
4. The Service Process (RMA)
If you experience a technical issue with your firearm or suppressor, do not attempt to “fix” it yourself, as this may void your warranty. Follow these steps:
Technical Support: Contact us at orders@honeybadgergun.com with your order number and a detailed description (including photos) of the issue. Many “malfunctions” are related to gas settings or ammunition choices that can be resolved over the phone.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): If the item requires factory service, we will issue an RMA number. Do not ship any firearm or silencer to us without an RMA.
Shipping: Per federal law, firearms must be shipped via an approved carrier. NFA items require specific documentation for transport. Our team will guide you through this process.
5. Limitation of Liability
Honey Badger Gun and Q, LLC’s liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the defective part or product at our discretion. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including property damage or personal injury resulting from the misuse or malfunction of the product.
